Burgess Services provided overall construction management support of mechanical systems and quality assurance/quality control for all disciplines in both buildings, was a member of the general contractor’s quality assurance/quality control, and commissioning team, was responsible for coordination with the control and mechanical contractors and provided office and field supervision of mechanical subcontractor.
