The Montbello FreshLo Hub Project aims to resolve built environment obstacles and improve Montbello residents’ health by redeveloping the former RTD Park and Ride located at 12300 East Albrook Drive Denver, Colorado 80239. The project is spearheaded by the Montbello Organizing Committee and Montbello FreshLo, LLC. It is the product of a three-year planning process that emphasizes community input and engagement at every step. The FreshLo Hub will include a full-service grocery-store, cultural hub, retail space, meeting rooms, parking, and 99 units of affordable housing. Housing units will be available at between 30% and 70% AMI.
