The Challenges:
Burgess Services noticed that the process of monitoring the completion of the mechanical systems were not being monitored and were subject to individual interpretation versus strict guidelines in the plan/ specifications.
Our Solutions:
The general contractor requested Burgess Services to use their in- house monitoring system to insure completion of the mechanical system at the standard required per contract. Burgess Services became an integral part of their quality control, commissioning and completion of the mechanical system.
